Had approached the High Court in September
While filing a bail plea in the High Court in September, Navlakha had said that the special court had made a mistake in denying him bail. Navlakha had earlier approached the High Court after the regular bail plea was rejected by the NIA special court. NIA had then opposed Navlakha’s bail plea. The NIA had told the court that for his recruitment he was introduced to the General of Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
