Do this work before having breakfast

Have breakfast rich in fiber, protein and complex carbohydrates between 7 to 8 in the morning. In this you can include things like berries, an egg and non-cream milk and sprouted grains.
There should be no gap in food
Diabetic patients should not leave much gap in their meals and should keep taking healthy snacks in between. Have things like fruits, dry fruits and lemonade around 10 am in the morning. Similarly, between 4 to 5 in the evening, you can have cereal toast, vegetable soup, an apple or sugar-free tea and sugar-free cookies.

In diabetes, it is better to have lunch between 1 to 1:30. In this, take mixed flour roti instead of wheat. This reduces the fear of increasing blood sugar level. Include vegetable salad, curd, lentils, green vegetables in lunch.

In diabetes, most of the people often complain of increase in blood sugar at night, hence dinner should be taken between 7 to 8 in the evening, so that the food gets the right time to digest. Also make sure that the food contains things full of fiber and protein. Avoid foods containing refined carbohydrates, eat light food. After dinner, definitely go for a walk for some time.
