Have you ever heard that when the judge is giving his verdict and in front of him, a criminal runs away from the dock, if not, then listen. This happened from the court of Gurugram adjacent to the national capital Delhi. This criminal escaped when high security arrangements were made inside and outside the court. This scoundrel is none other than Mukesh, brother of Gurugram’s notorious gangster Rakesh Hayatpur. His partner Amit has also absconded with him.
These two miscreants had committed a murder in the year 2021 over a transaction dispute. In this case, both these criminals were arrested and lodged in jail. According to the information, the court’s decision on this murder case was to come in the court on 7th November. On the orders of the court, the police presented these two criminals in the court amidst tight security, where the court first declared them guilty and while they were giving the verdict, these two criminals came out of the dock and fled from the spot. This created a stir in the court room. The policemen standing behind the security of this scoundrel were also surprised.

Taking immediate action, the court also raised questions on police security and asked to arrest both the miscreants and present them in the court as soon as possible. According to the case diary, in this murder case, Mukesh Hayatpur and his associates had killed a youth named Hargovind in Khedkidaula police station area. In this case, the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge had convicted 6 accused. Of these, four accused including Mukesh were sentenced to life imprisonment. Apart from Mukesh and Amit, Pramod, Rahul, Manoj and Rahul are also accused in this case.

The case was being heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Tarun Singal. After the escape of these two criminals, the court has sentenced the remaining accused Pramod, Rahul, Manoj and Rahul to life imprisonment. According to the report lodged with the police, a woman Pooja, resident of Sikanderpur Badha village, had lodged a complaint. She had told that her husband Pati Hargovind had been murdered. At the time of the incident, he was returning home in a car with his friend Sandeep, a resident of Rewari. Pooja told that the miscreants who came in a Fortuner stopped her husband’s car in Sector-86 and carried out this incident.
