8 cheetahs released into Kuno National Park
It is known that last year on 17 September 2022, on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, 8 cheetahs brought from Namibia were released in Kuno National Park. Earlier he was kept in a small enclosure for 50 days. About two months back, three female cheetahs and two male cheetahs were transferred to the bigger enclosure. For the first time after about 5 decades, a cheetah has been born in the country.
