The matter pertains to a residential society in Sector-57 of Gurugram. According to the police, the victim’s mother has told in her complaint that her daughter used to work as a sweeper in a house. Where every day the owner of that house used to beat him with an iron rod. His daughter also complained in this regard several times. But this time the accused family crossed the limit. Not only did the woman beat up her daughter, her two sons also stripped her daughter and touched her badly while making a video.

The victim’s mother told the police that the accused held her daughter hostage and gave her food only once in 48 hours. During this time, the accused had put tape on his mouth, so that he could not make any noise. Sector 51 Mahila police station has registered a case on the basis of complaint and started investigating the matter. Police said that the girl’s mistress used to pour acid on her hands. He also threatened to kill me if I told anyone about this incident.

The girl’s mother told that she had kept her daughter at the house of the accused on the request of a person who cleaned cars. At that time it was decided that the accused would give him a monthly salary of Rs 9,000. The victim’s mother alleges that she received salary for two months, but after that the accused were neither paying her salary nor allowing her to meet her daughter. They were not even allowed to talk on the phone. At present, the police have registered a case under Section 10 of POCSO and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
