The team cooperated in the rescue operation for 12 days
Actually, after the earthquake, the terrible scene was spread in different places of Turkey. It was very scary. Our members praised the cooperation and love shown by the local and administration in this operation which lasted continuously for 12 days.
According to the information, 3 teams of NDRF were sent from India under Operation Dost on February 7 and 8 to help and rescue the people in the earthquake-affected areas of Turkey.
NDRF pulled out bodies from the debris
During this operation, both the teams rescued a total of two girls alive. At the same time, 85 dead bodies were also pulled out from the debris. During the time the rescue operation was going on, our NDRF personnel were present in bone-chilling minus temperature.
