New DA implemented from January 1
According to Shiv Gopal Mishra, general secretary of the All India Railwaymen’s Federation, the CPI-IW for December 2022 was released on January 31, 2023. At the same time, the increase in dearness allowance sits at 4.23 per cent, but the decimal is not calculated by the government, in which case DA will increase only by 4 per cent.
