West Bengal: South Dinajpur After consuming hostel food at Eklavya Model Residential School of Banshihari police station in the district, girl students complained of stomach pain and vomiting. About 34 girl students made this complaint, out of which 10 girl students have been admitted to Rashidpur Rural Hospital due to stomach problems. 24 others have been discharged after first aid. on the whole healthcare workers Eyes are on. It has been learned that the girl students of this school were given crackers, jaggery and eggs for breakfast on Thursday morning. After breakfast many students started feeling ill. The students did not pay attention at first, but after having lunch, the students started having stomach problems. All more or less started suffering from vomiting, diarrhea and headache. When this matter came to notice, the first medicine was given by the school.

Nevertheless, on Thursday afternoon, the sick students were brought to the local Rasidpur Rural Hospital for treatment. A total of 34 girl students were brought, out of which 24 were discharged after first aid. Due to ill health, 10 girl students were admitted to the hospital. At present, his treatment is going on in the hospital. According to the hospital, everyone’s condition is stable, meanwhile, since many girl students have the same problem. The initial assumption of the hospital authorities is that the incident might have happened due to food poisoning.

Sampa Orav, a sick student of the school, said that after having breakfast, her health was deteriorating. Most of the girl students fell ill after having lunch. Vomiting, diarrhea and headache started with stomach problem. Later he was brought to the hospital and admitted for treatment. Now they are absolutely healthy. In this regard, Namita Sarkar, who looks after the students of the hostel of Eklavya Model Residential School, said that the students fell ill after lunch. As soon as the matter came to notice, he was brought to Rashidpur Rural Hospital for treatment.
