answer: On April 5, the World Trade Organization (WTO) revised its global trade growth outlook forecast for the year 2023 to 1.7 percent. The projected trade growth of 1.7% for 2023 is lower than the 12-year average of 2.6%, reminiscent of the 2008 global recession. The WTO forecast that trade growth for 2024 is expected to be 3.2 percent. However, given the impact of ongoing global tensions, food supply problems and monetary policy tightening, the estimate is more uncertain and at a downside risk.

answer: Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) ranked ninth among the world’s busiest airports in the year 2022. According to the data of Airports Council International, more than 5.94 crore passengers were handled at Delhi airport during this period. ACI said that in 2022, Harts Field-Jackson Atlanta International Airport ranked first among the world’s 10 busiest airports with 93.7 million passengers.
