Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has sought evidence from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in the Khalistan terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar murder case. PM Trudeau had claimed to have evidence in the Nijjar murder. Jaishankar is in America and here he met US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jack Suvillion. After this, while talking to the media, he said that if Canada has any evidence then they should show it to us. We are ready to watch.
The meeting between Jaishankar and Blinken was very special amid Justin Trudeau’s allegations and claims, but nothing is clear about whether Canada was discussed or not. Canada is considered a base for Khalistan supporters. On a question from journalists, Jaishankar said that it is Canada’s political compulsion to provide shelter to Khalistanis. In response to questions in the Nijjar murder case, he said, “If (Canada) has any information, then tell us. We are ready to see him.”
S Jaishankar was on a five-day visit to America. Here he met US National Security Advisor Jack Suvillion and Foreign Minister Antony Blinken. During this period, no information regarding whether Canada was discussed or not has not been revealed till the time of writing the news. Jaishankar said while talking to the media. “One thing I want to make clear is that we have not closed the doors to look into any case. If there is a need to look into a matter, we will definitely look into it, but there should be something to look into a matter.”
