US President Joe Biden
Gaza Strip has been completely destroyed due to the attack by Israel. Big buildings built in Gaza before the war have been razed to the ground due to the Israeli attack. The Israeli army is still selectively eliminating Hamas fighters. Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden for the first time on Saturday urged the international community to help manage the security of the Gaza Strip for the interim period after the war. After this, Gaza will be followed by the Palestinian Authority regime.
In a Washington Post op-ed, the US President also threatened to bar entry to violent Israeli settlers who attack Palestinians in the West Bank. On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while giving a press conference after the US President’s remarks, said that the Palestinian Authority i.e. PA is not fit to rule the Gaza Strip in its current form.

At the same time, PA President Mahmoud Abbas accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza. Biden wrote in his article that immediately after the crisis, the international community should commit to arranging resources, including interim security measures, to support Gaza.
Biden talked about setting up a mechanism regarding Gaza
The US President said that the international community should establish a reconstruction mechanism to meet the long-term needs of Gaza. Along with this, he also said that we will have to decide that no terrorist threat ever arises from Gaza or the West Bank again.
Jordan opposed Biden’s proposal
Joe Biden’s proposal was also rejected by Jordan’s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi. He told the Manafa Security Forum that no Arab troops would be deployed to Gaza after the war because Amman’s relations with Jerusalem had worsened.
