Twitter Vs Musk: The court has dealt a big blow to the microblogging platform Twitter in the ongoing legal dispute between Twitter and Elon Musk. Recently, the CEO of Tesla filed a petition in the court against Twitter. Elon Musk made a 44-billion-dollar offer to buy Total in April 2022, but Musk canceled the deal after a dispute over a bot account on Twitter. Now in the dispute between Twitter and Elon Musk, the court has ordered Twitter to share the details of 9000 accounts which were surveyed last year.
Fake account details asked
Elon Musk told the court that the social media company has given him wrong information about the fake account on the platform. While signing the deal with Elon Musk, Twitter said that 5% of the accounts on the platform are fake. When Allen asked for details from Twitter to check the fake account, the American social media company Twitter refused. After which a dispute started between Twitter and Elon Musk and Musk canceled the deal.

Twitter sues Elon Musk for canceling the deal without issue. The social media company says that because of canceling the deal, Elon Musk will have to pay a termination fee of one billion dollars. After the cancellation of the deal between Twitter and Elon Musk, both sides have filed lawsuits against each other. The court has issued an order in the matter of sharing the details of the fake account. According to a report, on Musk’s appeal, Delaware Chancery Court Judge Catherine Saint-Jean Personnel has issued an order to Twitter that the company should inform Elon Musk about all fake accounts.
