Oxfam Report 2022: The latest Oxfam report has revealed that less than 32 percent of women in India have a mobile phone as compared to 60 percent of men. Citing data from the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), the Oxfam report said that India accounts for half of the world’s gender digital divide, noting that only a third of total internet users are women.
