Naidu was arrested at 6 am on Saturday. According to the court, the allegations leveled against Naidu have not been proved yet but the basis for believing it was absolutely correct. The court needed more than 24 hours for its investigation, so Naidu was sent to judicial custody till September 22. During this period they will get all the facilities. At present the investigation is going on and Naidu will be presented in the court on September 22 at 10.30 am and after that the final decision will be taken.
