It is noteworthy that Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by CBI on September 9 in a corruption case. Now he has been sent to judicial custody. In view of the threat to his life and security, Naidu will be kept in a special cell of the jail and he has been allowed to eat home food. Keeping health facilities in mind, permission to take medicines has also been given. Not only this, Chandrababu Naidu has already been given Z Plus security.
Sent to judicial custody till September 22 for investigation.
Naidu was arrested at 6 am on Saturday. According to the court, the allegations leveled against Naidu have not been proved yet but the basis for believing it was absolutely correct. The court needed more than 24 hours for its investigation, so Naidu was sent to judicial custody till September 22. During this period they will get all the facilities. At present the investigation is going on and Naidu will be presented in the court on September 22 at 10.30 am and after that the final decision will be taken.
