LLC 2023: Former Indian cricketer and Indian Maharaja star Suresh Raina played a brilliant 49 against World Giants in Legends League Cricket 2023 on Wednesday, March 15. After the game, Raina was asked by a reporter whether he was still considering a return to the IPL as he looked in great shape during the match. Let us tell you that Shahid Afridi had returned to competitive cricket several times after announcing his retirement. In this context Raina replied saying: “I am Suresh Raina. I am not Shahid Afridi. I have taken retirement. Suresh Raina believes that in-form Ravindra Jadeja will be a great support for MS Dhoni. Raina was with the Chennai Super Kings team for many years and naturally, he has a great relationship with the franchise. CSK will be playing at their home ground after almost four years, and Raina feels that with players running into some form, Chennai have a great chance to do well in IPL 2023. Suresh Raina said about Ravindra Jadeja’s recent form: “Sir Jadeja has done really well with both bat and ball and will prove to be the best all-rounder for Dhoni’s team. When the Chennai team goes to Chepauk, it gets a lot of support there.”

Suresh Raina also praised Rituraj Gaikwad. He believes that Rituraj Gaikwad will do well in Chepauk conditions. He said: “Rituraj Gaikwad has never played in Chepauk. He is a rising star cricketer.
