CWG 2022 Medal Tally: 200 Indian athletes have competed for medals in 16 different sports at the Commonwealth Games 2022, which began in Birmingham on 28 July. Indian athletes have won a total of 61 medals in the Commonwealth Games 2022. In which 22 gold medals, 16 silver medals and 23 bronze medals are included. List of all medal winners is given. first medal
Weightlifter Sanket Mahadev Sargam gave India the first medal in the Commonwealth Games 2022. Sanket Mahadev won the silver medal in the men’s 55 kg India category by lifting 113 kg in snatch and 135 kg in clean and jerk on the second day of the Commonwealth Games.
second medal
Weightlifter Gururaja Pujari gave India the second medal in the Commonwealth Games. He won the bronze medal in the men’s 61 kg weight category with a weight of 269 kg.
third medal
Olympic medalist Mirabai Chanu won India’s first gold in the Commonwealth Games. He won the gold medal in 49 categories by lifting a total of 201 kg.
fourth medal
Weightlifter Bindiya Rani Devi won the silver medal for India in the women’s 55 kg Bharatvarsh category.
fifth medal
Jeremy Lalrinnunga has won India’s second gold medal in the Commonwealth Games. Jeremy won the gold medal by lifting 300 kg in a 67 kg battery.
sixth medal
Achinta Sheuli lifted 143 kg in the snatch round and 170 kg in the clean and jerk round in the men’s 73 kg weight category and won the gold medal.
Seventh medal
Sushila Devi won silver medal in the 48 kg weight category of Jude. In the final, Sushila was up against Michaela Whiteboi of South Africa.

Vijay Kumar Yadav has won Bronze medal for India in Jude. Vijay Kumar had lost to Australia’s Jeshua in the quarterfinals in the men’s 60kg category. He then won the bronze medal.

Weightlifter Harjinder Kaur won the bronze medal in the women’s 71 kg India category by lifting a total of 112 kg.
tenth medal
The Indian team has won gold for the first time in the non-board women’s for event. In the final match, India won the gold by defeating South Africa 17-0.
11th Medal
In the men’s table tennis final, India defeated Singapore 3-1 to win the gold medal.
12th medal
Weightlifter Vikas Thakur won silver medal in men’s 96kg category.
13th Medal
In the final of the mixed badminton team event, India lost 1-3 to Malaysia and had to settle for silver.

In the freestyle wrestling, Divya won the bronze medal in the women’s 68 kg category. Divya defeated Blessing of Nigeria in the quarterfinals.

Indian wrestler Rohit Grewal secured victory by winning the bronze medal after losing in the semi-finals of the 125 kg India category freestyle wrestling.

India’s Priyanka won the silver medal in the women’s 10,000m race walk. He did his best in a time of 43 minutes 38 seconds.
