    CWG 2022 Medal Tally: India continues to perform well in the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Till now Indian athletes have won 40 medals including 13 gold medals, 14 silver medals and 16 bronze medals. Now the list of 40 medalists of India in the Commonwealth Games 2022 has been released. Let us know who are the 40 medal winning athletes of India.

    first medal
    Weightlifter Sanket Mahadev Sargam gave India the first medal in the Commonwealth Games 2022. Sanket Mahadev won the silver medal in the men’s 55 kg India category by lifting 113 kg in snatch and 135 kg in clean and jerk on the second day of the Commonwealth Games.

    second medal
    Weightlifter Gururaja Pujari gave India the second medal in the Commonwealth Games. He won the bronze medal in the men’s 61 kg weight category with a weight of 269 kg.

    third medal

    Olympic medalist Mirabai Chanu won India’s first gold in the Commonwealth Games. He won the gold medal in 49 categories by lifting a total of 201 kg.

    fourth medal

    Weightlifter Bindiya Rani Devi won the silver medal for India in the women’s 55 kg Bharatvarsh category.

    fifth medal

    Jeremy Lalrinnunga has won India’s second gold medal in the Commonwealth Games. Jeremy won the gold medal by lifting 300 kg in a 67 kg battery.

    sixth medal

    Achinta Sheuli lifted 143 kg in the snatch round and 170 kg in the clean and jerk round in the men’s 73 kg weight category and won the gold medal.

    Seventh medal

    Sushila Devi won silver medal in the 48 kg weight category of Jude. In the final, Sushila was up against Michaela Whiteboi of South Africa.

    eighth medal

    Vijay Kumar Yadav has won Bronze medal for India in Jude. Vijay Kumar won the bronze medal after losing to Australia’s Jeshua in the quarter-finals in the men’s 60kg category.

    ninth medal

    Weightlifter Harjinder Kaur won the bronze medal in the women’s 71 kg India category by lifting a total of 112 kg.

    tenth medal

    The Indian team has won gold for the first time in the non-board women’s for event. In the final match, India won the gold by defeating South Africa 17-0.

    11th Medal
    In the men’s table tennis final, India defeated Singapore 3-1 to win the gold medal.

    12th medal

    Weightlifter Vikas Thakur won silver medal in men’s 96kg category.

    13th Medal

    In the final of the mixed badminton team event, India lost 1-3 to Malaysia and had to settle for silver.

    14th medal

    In the men’s 109 kg category in weightlifting, Lovepreet Singh won the bronze medal.

    15th medal

    Saurav Ghoshal has won the bronze medal in the men’s singles of squash. Saurav Ghosal has become the first player in the history of Commonwealth Games to win a medal for India in squash.

    16th medal

    Indian women’s judo player Tulika Mann has won a silver medal for India in the 78 kg India category.

    17th Medal

    Gurpreet Singh has won the bronze medal in the 109 kg weightlifting India category by lifting 390 kg.

    18th medal

    Tejaswin Shankar won the bronze medal in the high jump by jumping 2.22 meters high. This is India’s first medal in athletics in this Commonwealth Games.

    19th Medal

    India’s long jumper Murali Sri Shankar has won silver medal for India. With this medal, Shri Shankar has become the first male athlete in the history of Commonwealth Games to win a silver medal for India in the long commentary.

    20th medal

    Sudhir has won the gold medal in the men’s heavy weight category of the Para Power Lifting event. Sudhir is the first Indian player to win a gold medal in this event at the Commonwealth Games.

    21st Medal

    Anshu Malik has won the silver medal in his very first Commonwealth Games by achieving a big achievement. Anshu Malik won the silver medal in the women’s wrestling category in the India category.

    22nd Medal

    Bronze Metal of Tokyo Olympics has come forward by winning the gold medal in the 65 kg category of this Bajrang Punia Wrestling.

    23rd Medal
    Sakshi Malik has won the gold medal in women’s 62 kg freestyle wrestling.

    24th medal

    Deepak Punia won the gold medal in the men’s 86kg freestyle category by defeating Mohammad Inam of Pakistan 3-2.

    25th Medal

    In the freestyle wrestling, Divya won the bronze medal in the women’s 68 kg category. Divya defeated Blessing of Nigeria in the quarterfinals.

    26th medal

    Indian wrestler Rohit Grewal secured victory by winning the bronze medal after losing in the semi-finals of the 125 kg India category freestyle wrestling.

    27th Medal

    India’s Priyanka won the silver medal in the women’s 10,000m race walk. He did his best in a time of 43 minutes 38 seconds.

    28th medal

    In the men’s 3000 steeplechase, Abhinash Mukund Sable of India clocked 8 minutes 11 seconds to win the silver medal.

    In wrestling, Pooja Sihag has won the bronze medal in the women’s field kg category.

    Indian boxer Husamuddin has won the bronze medal in the 57 kg category of men’s boxing.

    In the men’s wrestling 97 kg weight category, Indian wrestler Deepak Mehra won the bronze medal by defeating Pakistan’s Tyeb Raja 10-2.

    34-year-old Sonal Ben has won the bronze medal in the women’s singles of Para Table Tennis.

    Bhavna Patel has won Gold Medal in the category of Para Table Tennis in Women’s Singles Class 3-5.
