Achinta Sheuli was born on 24 November 2001 in Howrah, West Bengal. His father worked as a laborer. After this, he took information about weightlifting for the first time in 2011. At that time he was only 10 years old. After taking an interest in weightlifting, he started training in the gym with his elder brother. After the death of the father in 2013, the situation in the family got worse. But he started doing odd jobs to support his family.
