UP News: Difficulties have come upon Bahubali Atiq Ahmed and his family living in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. According to the information, an FIR has been registered against Ahmed and his son on the complaint of the property dealer. A named FIR has been registered against Ateeq and his younger son Ali Ahmed, registered at Puramufti police station in Prayagraj.
A case has been registered against Ateeq and his son Ali as well as 9 people under seven sections of the Indian Penal Code. Property dealer Zeeshan Ahmed alias Janu has filed this case. The property dealer has alleged that when he went to his plot, several people reached there and threatened him in the name of Atiq and his son Ali. They also opened fire on the property dealer and his associates.

Atiq Ahmed and younger son already in jail
Ateeq is currently lodged in Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat, while younger son Ali Ahmed is lodged in Naini Central Jail in Prayagraj. Ali Ahmed surrendered in court 2 days back. No arrest has been made yet in this case. Zeeshan had also filed a case against Atiq’s son Ali on December 31.

Ateeq has family relations with Zeeshan, who got the FIR against Atiq and Ali. On December 31, 2021, a case was filed against Ali Ahmed by his relative Zeeshan at Kareli police station demanding extortion of 5 crores for assault and abusing. Ali Ahmed is alleged to have gone with his associates. He had made Zeeshan talk to his father, who was lodged in Sabarmati Jail in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on the phone and beat up Zeeshan.
Ateeq Ahmed had threatened Zeeshan to transfer the land to his wife. In this case, a case was registered by Zeeshan under sections 147, 148, 149, 323,504, 506, 307,308,386 and 427 of IPC at Kareli police station on 31 December 2021.
