CM Mann gave news of order from Twitter
CM Mann released a video on his Twitter account on Tuesday informing the people of the state regarding this order. Releasing the video, he wrote that “I have issued orders to close the Jeera Liquor Factory. In future, if anyone tries to spoil the climate of Punjab, he will not be spared. No one will be allowed to spoil the air of Punjab. That’s why this big decision has been taken in public interest after consulting legal experts.
Explaining his point clearly, he further wrote, “Whoever takes the law into his hands in the future, no matter how big a person he is. Whoever does this will be dealt with strictly. He said that whether it is in the transport sector or mining laws, any violation of the laws made by the government will be dealt with strictly. No one will be allowed to mess with.”
Farmers’ struggle worked
Let us tell you that the farmers of Punjab were protesting for a long time for the closure of this liquor factory of cumin. Controversy was going on regarding this Malbroze factory in the state’s cumin and many times there was confrontation and sloganeering between the government and the farmers.
