New Delhi (EMS). It is troubled by the rebellious attitude of its own veterans and their resignations, which is not taking the name of reducing the troubles of the Congress. A day after veteran leader Ghulam Nabi Azad’s resignation from the Congress, a senior Congress leader from Telangana has also resigned. Telangana’s MA Khan resigned from the party on Saturday blaming Rahul Gandhi. He is currently a Congress MLA. Reactions have come from all sides on this development in Congress. MA Khan has accused the party’s vice president Rahul Gandhi that his behavior with senior party leaders is not right. There is a different process of their working which no one knows about.
Just as Ghulam Nabi Azad, in his five-page letter to party president Sonia Gandhi, blamed the childish antics of Rahul Gandhi for the downfall of the party, in the same way MLA MA Khan has also written a letter. He has said that ever since Rahul Gandhi became the Vice President of the Congress party, the party is continuously declining. MA Khan said, “Rahul Gandhi has a different thought process of his own, which does not match with any member from block level to booth level. The party has reached a stage where senior leaders who have dedicated their lives for the party for decades are leaving the Congress. He said that Rahul Gandhi does not know how to treat senior leaders. MA Khan said that I have no option but to not participate in the operation of the party.
Earlier, veteran Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, who was associated with the Congress for five decades, resigned from the party. His resignation caused an uproar in the Congress. In his five-page letter to Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Ghulam Nabi Azad made several allegations, blaming Rahul Gandhi for the collapse of the party. Ghulam Nabi Azad wrote that the values and principles for which the Congress party is known, Rahul Gandhi is strangling them. There have been many occasions when the party has been put to shame due to the childish antics of Rahul Gandhi. The most humiliating situation for the party came when Rahul Gandhi tore the ordinance approved by the Prime Minister of the country.
