Sonam Singh is the daughter of former Congress MP and former district president Late Tilak Raj Singh. This victory of Congress has brought the BJP to a standstill. District Election Officer Rajiv Ranjan Meena handed over the certificate of victory to Sonam Singh after winning the election of District Panchayat President.
