Gujarat Assembly Elections 2022: The campaigning for the second and final phase of the Gujarat Assembly elections will come to a complete halt at 5 pm today. Amidst all this, all the political parties have put their full strength in the publicity campaign. Significantly, the contest of the ruling BJP in Gujarat is being seen directly with the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Today i.e. Saturday is the last day of campaigning for the second phase. It may be known that the second and final phase of polling for 93 seats in the state will be held on December 5 and the results of the Gujarat assembly elections will be revealed on December 8. Whereas, the first phase of polling for 89 seats was held on December 1.
PM Modi did 31 rallies and three big roadshows
Earlier, the campaigning of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Gujarat ended on the previous day. He addressed more than 31 rallies and led three major roadshows. The BJP has described Prime Minister Modi’s roadshow in Ahmedabad as the longest and most effective. Quoting sources, it has been claimed that a distance of about 50 kilometers was covered during this period. The roadshow passed through 13 assembly seats in the city and one assembly seat in Gandhinagar. However, today i.e. on Saturday, many leaders and office bearers will hold an election meeting on behalf of the Congress. On behalf of the Aam Aadmi Party, the leaders will exert their full strength on the last day. According to the information received, the election of most of the state level leaders and candidates of the party has been completed in the first phase.

Controversial statement of VS Ugrappa
At the same time, only two days are left for the second phase of polling and all the political parties have given their full strength in the campaign. Meanwhile, former Congress MP from Karnataka VS Ugrappa said on Friday that the BJP government is playing with the future of children. I have said earlier also that Modi is like Bhasmasur. Let us inform that earlier during the election campaign in Gujarat, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge had described PM Modi as Ravana.
