According to sources in the Lt Governor’s office, out of 234 proposals considered by the Arvind Kejriwal-led government in its meetings from April 2020 to July 15 this year, 79 proposals were received a day before the scheduled cabinet meeting at the Lt Governor’s Secretariat, 63 documents meeting 40 documents were received on the day and after the meeting.
“It is clear that the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Rules of Business, 1993 (TOBR) was complied with in only 22 per cent of the cases, while it was violated in 78 per cent of the cases without any justification,” claimed a source. .”
