The Kejriwal government has won the trust vote on Thursday, three days after the resolution was tabled in the Delhi Assembly. 58 votes were cast in support of the government, while the BJP walked out of voting. AAP has 62 MLAs and BJP 8 in the 70-seat Delhi Assembly.
As soon as the House started on Thursday, BJP MLAs started creating ruckus over the discussion of liquor scam, after which Deputy Speaker Rakhi Birla marshalled two BJP MLAs. After the marshal out of the MLAs, Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Ramveer Vidhuri said that there is a liquor scam of 2000 crores and our MLAs are not being allowed to speak.

Kejriwal links CBI raid with Gujarat elections
During the discussion on the trust vote, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that CBI officer Manish Sisodia can be arrested. Kejriwal further claimed that if Sisodia is arrested, our vote percentage will increase in Gujarat elections. He further said that 16 cases were done against me also, in 12 cases I was acquitted.
AAP’s allegation- Trying to buy MLAs from Operation Lotus
After the CBI raid on Manish Sisodia’s house on August 19, AAP accused the BJP of Operation Lotus. AAP said that BJP wants to buy 40 of our MLAs by spending 800 crores. BJP people have also offered Rs 20 crore each to 12 MLAs.

The CBI raided Manish Sisodia’s house on August 19 for the first time in Delhi regarding the excise policy. The raid lasted for about 14 hours, after which the CBI had registered a case in this case under the PMLA Act.
