Shraddha Murder Case: Police today filed its charge sheet in Shraddha murder case of Delhi. Police has prepared this charge sheet of 6629 pages by collecting statements of more than 150 witnesses and forensic, electronic evidence. Which was filed under the supervision of legal experts.

After that he had cut Shraddha’s dead body into 35 pieces and kept it in the fridge and after that he kept throwing those pieces one by one in the forests of Mehrauli for several days.

Claim to make charge sheet on witnesses and scientific basis
According to the information received, the Delhi Police has prepared a charge sheet of about 6629 pages in the Shriddha murder case. In which the statement of more than 150 witnesses, the confession made by him in the narco test, forensic and electronic evidence, apart from the DNA report of the bones recovered by the investigation team from the forest, have confirmed that the recovered bones belong to Shraddha. . All these facts have been filed by the legal expert after thorough investigation.
Revealed in the investigation of the post mortem report
According to sources, Delhi Police also allegedly threw the saw and blade used to cut Shraddha’s body in the bushes of Gurugram. The post-mortem analysis of the body pieces done at AIIMS shows that Shraddha’s body was cut with saw and blade only. The Delhi Police has got the post-mortem analysis done of the 23 recovered bones.
Court extended judicial custody
On Tuesday, after the expiry of the period of judicial custody, the Delhi Police produced Aftab, accused of murder, in the court through video conferencing. After which the court has extended Aftab’s judicial custody by two weeks till February 7.
