Seeing the speed of Kovid, the central government has started taking precautions. In view of the seriousness of the state-wise Covid figures, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued advisory by writing letters to 6 states. These states are Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka and Gujarat. In the advisory of the central government, it has been said that the state governments should pay immediate attention to the control of Covid. The states will have to start working again under the five fold strategy. In which follow the test, treat, track, vaccination.

state wise corona status
In the last 24 hours in Maharashtra, the total number of infected people has reached 81,38,653. In which the death toll in the state has increased to 1,48,426. Maximum 75 infected have been found in Pune in the state.
According to the Health Department of Delhi, 13 new infected were found on 13 March. But there has been no death in the capital. According to a media report, the XBB.1.16 variant has spread rapidly. In Maharashtra and Gujarat, this variant has found 39 and 8 infections respectively.
Opinion of Indian experts
Dr. Sanjay Puri, a member of the country’s National COVID-19 Task Force, said that there is no complete information about this variant yet. How does it break down the immune system? Or how powerful it is compared to the Omicron variant needs to be tested.
