Along with Nitish Kumar, Rashtriya Janata Dal RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has taken oath as Deputy Chief Minister. Governor Fagu Chauhan administered the oath of office and secrecy to both of them at Raj Bhavan in the capital Patna at 2 pm. Let us tell you that Nitish Kumar has taken oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the eighth time, while Tejashwi Yadav has taken oath as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state for the second time. At the same time, Tejashwi Yadav took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister and touched the feet of Nitish Kumar and took his blessings. During this Tejashwi’s wife was also present.

After becoming the Chief Minister of Bihar for the eighth time, while Nitish Kumar called for the unity of the opposition for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, on the one hand, he also said that he himself does not want to become the CM after the assembly elections of the state. He further said that the situation was not good for the last two months. Nitish said that after the elections, I did not want to become the Chief Minister of Bihar.

At the same time, after taking oath as CM, Nitish said that those who came to power in 2014, will they be victorious in 2024 also? I want to tell this to all the opposition parties that they should unite for 2024. I am not in the race for any such post (PM).
The division of departments was decided in the new government!

It is being told that JDU will keep the departments it had with itself. At the same time, the ministries which were with the BJP will be divided among the RJD in the Congress. Earlier on Tuesday, Nitish Kumar had resigned from the post of Chief Minister after breaking the alliance with the BJP. BJP leaders allege
BJP leaders strongly criticized this move of Nitish Kumar to form the government with the grand alliance and termed it as a betrayal. On one hand, while Union Minister Giriraj Singh taunted Lalu Yadav citing an old tweet that now snakes are in your house, on the other hand senior BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain said that he did not even have the slightest sense of it.
