AAP reached CBI Headquarters against Operation Lotus
Aam Aadmi Party reached CBI Headquarters on Wednesday. The party claims that BJP’s Operation Lotus to break the MLAs is a scam of 6300 crores. Arrived to give a complaint to the CBI Headquarters demanding a probe into it. The party alleges that the CBI officers met after the Aam Aadmi Party staged a sit-in for one and a half hours. Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi said that as soon as BJP’s name was mentioned in the scam complaint, the CBI officers hid in their office.
A delegation of Aam Aadmi Party MLAs reached the CBI office at 3 pm on Wednesday to meet the CBI Director. Earlier, the CBI officials refused to meet the elected representatives of Delhi. After this, Aam Aadmi Party MLA Atishi, MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj, MP Sanjay Singh and other public representatives sat on the road. He says that after waiting for about one and a half hours, the CBI officials agreed to meet the delegation.
Atishi said that the elected MLAs of Delhi were kept sitting on the road for one and a half hours by the CBI to give a simple complaint. It seems that the CBI is also a part of Operation Lotus. Aam Aadmi Party’s chief spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj said that in the last few years, 277 MLAs were broken by BJP and merged with their party. We want this to be investigated. Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh said that AAP MLAs have come to the CBI demanding a probe. But he is not being allowed to meet the CBI Director.
