Actually this Dada Faulad Shah Mazar is in Pakbada of Moradabad. National Highway 24 is located near. Many local people had complained to the district administration about this mazar that it was built by occupying the land of the government pond.
After continuously investigating the complaints, the tehsil team under the leadership of SDM Sadar went to the spot and started the process of sealing the mazar, and sealed the entire area with the help of ropes by burying the balls around the mazar. Notices have also been pasted on the wall. However, the people associated with the tomb have termed the action taken by the administration to seal the tomb as wrong. There is a lot of anger among the people about this, and there has been talk of going to court against it.
It is not right to seal hundreds of years old mazar
Shakir Hussain, associated with the mazar, says that the whole matter is going on in the SDM court, but it is not right to come suddenly and seal hundreds of years old mazar like this. On the other hand, on this action, SDM Sadar Parmanand Singh said that the mausoleum has been made by illegally occupying the land of the pond. Sealing action has been taken on the land and demolition action is proposed.
Giving information by SDM Sadar Parmanand Singh, it has been told that the dargah was constructed on the land of the pond. For which the whole matter was under consideration in the SDM court. In which eviction notices were also given many times on the orders of the court, but in the case of construction on the land of the government pond, the administration team reached the spot and sealed the proceedings.
