Discussions about Pallavi Patel contesting elections from Banaras have intensified. SP and Apna Dal Kamerawadi party are in the mood to field SP MLA from Sirathu and Apna Dal Kamerawadi leader Pallavi Patel against PM Modi. On December 4, Akhilesh Yadav is going to hold a big meeting of the party organization in Banaras on this issue, in which Pallavi Patel will also be present. After defeating Keshav Maurya, Pallavi Patel’s stature has increased in UP politics and now Akhilesh Yadav is trying to field her directly against PM Modi.
Talking to TV-9, Pallavi Patel said that discussions are going on at the party leadership level and I will follow whatever instructions are given by the high command. If the party asks me to contest elections from Banaras, I will definitely contest. She said, I will fight the elections from Banaras not against any person but for change in the system.

Pallavi said- When it is possible in Rae Bareli then why not in Banaras?
When he was asked whether it would be easy to contest elections against PM Modi, Pallavi Patel said, ‘Raj Narayan ji had also won the elections against PM, if it is possible in Rae Bareli then it can happen in Banaras also.’ Let us tell you that Banaras is the parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He contested the MP elections from here for the first time in 2014 and won a bumper victory. After this, in the 2019 elections also, the people of Banaras expressed confidence in him and he got victory.
Pallavi refuses to comment on Swami Prasad Maurya
When Pallavi Patel was asked about the controversial statement of Swami Prasad Maurya, she refused to say anything on it. Pallavi said that only top leaders of the party can issue a statement on this issue. I am not authorized to speak on such issues on behalf of the party, but it is certain that what Swami Prasad Maurya ji says about Buddhism is absolutely correct. The roots of Buddhism are very deep. Everyone else has their own beliefs and beliefs.
