    Mumbai: Superstar Rajinikanth on Saturday (March 18) Uddhav Thackeray Met the family at their Matoshree bungalow. He stayed with the Thackeray family for about 45 minutes. Then left. He told the old family relations as the reason for meeting the Thackeray family. He said that he has been a fan of Balasaheb Thackeray. That’s why there is no political or any other reason for meeting the Thackeray family. They just came to wish. While returning, when he was sitting in his car, journalists asked him what happened to Uddhav Thackeray, so he just folded his hands.

    Aditya Thackeray also shared the picture of his Matoshree arrival. While sharing a picture of the Thackeray family with Rajinikanth, Aditya Thackeray wrote, ‘It was a pleasant experience to have you come to Matoshree once again.’ Rashmi Thackeray and Aditya Thackeray’s younger brother Tejas Thackeray were also present in this meeting with Rajinikanth and Uddhav Thackeray.

    Thalaiva visits the Thackeray family whenever he comes to Mumbai.

    Whenever Rajinikanth used to come to Mumbai, he used to come to meet Balasaheb Thackeray. Both of them used to have discussions on the politics of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra and issues related to the film industry. Before this, Rajinikanth came to Mumbai in the year 2010 and met Balasaheb. Then he came to Mumbai for the shooting of Robot film.

    Rajinikanth met the Thackeray family at Matoshree and recalled his meeting with Balasaheb Thackeray. Although the city was stirred up, discussions started and the reasons for this meeting were sought, but Rajinikanth did not fuel those discussions on his part and simply clarified that the meeting with the Thackeray family was just a goodwill visit.

    Rajinikanth has come to Mumbai with his family since March 17. He also saw a cricket match at Wankhede Stadium. He was invited by the BCCI to watch the match. On his arrival in Mumbai, he was welcomed by Amol Kale of the Mumbai Cricket Association.

    Rajinikanth is meeting many celebrities during his stay in Mumbai. Among those who enjoyed the match were NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar. During the match, Rajinikanth was shown on the big screen in between in the stadium. Pictures and videos of him enjoying the match went viral on social media.
