A hearing took place before the Election Commission on 2 November. Abhishek Manu Singhvi debated for two hours. In this he made many serious allegations against Ajit Pawar group. While arguing, he alleged that a false affidavit has been filed by the Ajit Pawar group.
He had alleged that affidavits had been given in the names of dead persons. Singhvi also claimed to have filed affidavits of minor children. He argued that Ajit Pawar has no support.
Meanwhile, the Ajit Pawar faction demanded that the hearing should be held continuously. Therefore, there is a possibility that the continuous hearing will start from November 20. MP Sunil Tatkare had said that we will bring some technical issues before the Commission in the hearing.
Sharad and Supriya visit Delhi
NCP President Sharad Pawar himself is going to Delhi due to the hearing in the Election Commission. Supriya Sule will also be present along with Sharad Pawar during the hearing. Both NCP leaders will go to Delhi in the morning. There is also a possibility that Sharad Pawar faction will meet in Delhi before the hearing. The strategy is likely to be decided in that meeting.
