According to the information given on the IMD website, there is a possibility of torrential rains in the north-eastern states of the country – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram and West Bengal. Along with this, heavy rains have also been predicted in Sikkim and Bihar. At the same time, rain can also show its strong effect in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Maharashtra.

It is expected to rain well in the country’s capital Delhi for the next three to four days. Giving information, the IMD has said that a yellow alert has been issued for Delhi-NCR for the next few days. The Meteorological Department has told that due to the Western Disturbance coming from Afghanistan to Rajasthan, there will be a drop of 3 to 5 degrees in the temperature.

At the same time, the Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert for rain for Rajasthan. According to the information given on the IMD site, light rain has been predicted in Rajasthan’s Jaipur, Ajmer, Bharatpur, Kota and Udaipur. At the same time, the weather condition in Rajasthan is going to remain the same till March 19.
How will be the weather in Uttar Pradesh
The IMD has predicted light rain and thunderstorm for eastern and western parts of Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, wind speed of 25 to 35 kilometers per hour has also been predicted in western UP. During this, a decrease of 3 to 5 degrees can be recorded in the maximum temperature of the entire UP.
Weather patterns will change in Punjab and Haryana
The IMD has predicted rain with strong thunderstorms for Punjab and Haryana. At the same time, a pre-estimation has been made for the western Himalayan region to drop the mercury. Giving information, the Meteorological Department has said that due to the Western Disturbance, the afternoon weather in Chandigarh will also change a lot. In such a situation, the coming three to four days are going to be very pleasant for Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh.
How long will this series continue
The Meteorological Department has predicted that rain will continue in most parts of the country. According to the information, a yellow alert has been issued for light to moderate rains in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Telangana in the southern region of the country. The department has told that this phase will continue till March 20. After this the weather will once again turn and become dry again.
