It is being told that the administration is on alert mode after the incident of avalanche in the rear area near Kedarnath Dham. The avalanche did not cause any damage to the temple as well as the temple following the change in weather conditions. On Saturday morning, the snow mountain fell in a terrible way due to avalanche and glacier but no damage was reported in the temple.

Giving information, Shri Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee President Ajendra Ajay said that no damage has been caused to the temple due to the avalanche. Let us inform that the incident of avalanche was also seen near Kedarnath Dham last week but there was no damage even at that time. The news agency has also shared a video of an avalanche in Kedarnath Dham area. In which a terrible scene of avalanche has been seen.

Avalanche 5 km from the temple
In this video, it can be seen that the mountains of snow are rolling downhill from the hills located near Kedarnath Dham. After the fall of the mountain, information about four people of Bihar trapped in Uttarkashi on the journey of Char Dham has come to the fore. This avalanche hit area is known as the catchment area, which is 5 km from the temple complex. A similar surge was witnessed in the year 2013 as well, which caused the most devastating floods in Uttarakhand. After normal rainfall in Uttarakhand, melting of Chorabari glacier and rise in water level in Mandakini river also saw devastating floods.
