App inaugurated for health checkup
Praising the jawans, Chief Minister Dhami said that Home Guards contribute shoulder to shoulder with the police in law and order. At the same time, under the Civil Defense Organization in the state, they help the citizens in every small and big disaster. On the other hand, he also inaugurated a mobile app named ‘Pahal’ to take care of the mental health of the home guards. Through this app, youth can consult psychologists. Apart from this, this app is also useful for mental peace. This is the first such app in the country. This app has been made in collaboration with the School of Life organization. At the same time, the CM also said that “our government is ready to provide all kinds of cooperation to them (home guards).”

CM Dhami made many announcements
The Chief Minister of Uttarakhand has asked to recruit one female platoon (total number-330) of women home guards volunteers in 10 districts of the state. On the other hand, it has been announced to provide food allowance of Rs 180 per day to the volunteers doing duty in the districts and election duty in the state border and posted in the parade. Apart from this, the CM has announced to provide duty allowance to Home Guards volunteers for a maximum period of 6 months for hospitalization for the entire service period, if they are injured or ill within 24 hours of Home Guards duty. At the same time, the Chief Minister has announced Rs 1500 per month instead of 1000 to unpaid platoon commander, Rs 1200 to 2000 per month to unpaid assistant company commander and Rs 2500 instead of 1500 to unpaid company commander.
