UP Politics: After the Samajwadi Party, now the BJP has also reached the Election Commission regarding the Mainpuri by-elections in Uttar Pradesh. The BJP wrote a letter to the Chief Electoral Officer complaining about the Samajwadi Party. In a letter written by the BJP, a demand has been made to arrest the chaotic elements in order to stop booth capturing at sensitive booths. In the letter, it has been written in the complaint that the Samajwadi Party is violating the Election Commission Code. There has also been a complaint about distribution of cash by SP supporter Surendra Yadav through Kurra.
BJP accuses SP party of violating code of conduct
It has been alleged by the BJP that sarees have been distributed to voters and sweaters to children in violation of the model code of conduct. Along with this, people in Jaswantnagar, Karhal and Kishni are being intimidated to vote in favor of cycles. Even before this, the Samajwadi Party raised questions on the role of the government system, SP’s national general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav reached the Election Commission and submitted a memorandum and filed a complaint accusing the government system of discrimination.

List of miscreants given to Chief Electoral Officer
UP BJP General Secretary JPS Rathore has handed over the list of miscreants to the Chief Electoral Officer. The BJP has alleged that the model code of conduct is being violated by the Samajwadi Party regarding all the complaints from the commission. On the other hand, after the cancellation of the legislature of senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan, by-election is being held on Rampur seat, voting will be held here on December 5 and counting of votes will be done on December 8. Meanwhile, Azam Khan made serious allegations against the ruling party in a press conference. He appealed to the Election Commission to declare the candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party as the winner.
