Giving the gift of sleep to its employees, the Bengaluru-headquartered company has declared World Sleep Day 2023 as a holiday. Sometime back the company’s founder Chaitanya Ramalingegowda also announced that employees can take a 30-minute nap during their work hours.

In fact, a few days ago a mail was issued by the company in which it was written that all the employees have the right to sleep from 2 to 2.30 pm. Employee calendars will be blocked from 2 pm to 2:30 pm so that they cannot do any work. Also, it was written in this e-mail that we are also working towards creating comfortable nap pods and quiet rooms in the office to create the right sleeping environment for our employees.
