After this, an electrician and the driver and watchman posted at Jayanagar police station carried out the incident of gang-rape with him. The accused, after raping the girl, sold her to a woman for 50 thousand rupees.
Police recovered the girl
After the disappearance of the girl, her relatives had lodged a case of her disappearance in the Mau police station of UP. During this investigation, when the Mau police reached Jaynagar in Madhubani, the whole matter came to light. UP Police has recovered the minor girl.

Earlier, two Bihar Police jawans were arrested in connection with the robbery from a gold trader in UP. The police had arrested two BSAP wing personnel on September 5 in the robbery case from a gold trader in Chhapra. The police also recovered some looted gold on the behest of both the jawans.
