Uttarakhand Secretary Arvind Singh has written a letter to the Managing Director of the State Transport Corporation regarding this, in which it has been told to give 100 percent discount in the fare of all the buses of the State Transport Corporation to the women on the day of Raksha Bandhan. Arvind Singh said that like last year at the government level, it has been decided to give 100 percent discount in the fare of buses operated by Uttarakhand Transport Corporation to the women of the state on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan in 2022. In such a situation, women should take the trouble of providing free travel facility on Rakshabandhan. The expenditure incurred for this will be met by the government.

Women will be able to travel without ticket
