The budget session in the Haryana Assembly is going to begin on February 20, but before that the opposition has made up its mind to corner the government. Opposition leader Bhupendra Singh Hooda has said that he will bring a no-confidence motion against the government. Congress MLAs have also sent a letter to the Haryana Assembly Speaker regarding this.
Politics is hot in Haryana Assembly even before the budget session. Congress is adamant that it will bring a no-confidence motion against the current government. Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said his party will highlight various issues during the session, including alleged scams under the Bharatiya Janata Party and Jannayak Janata Party governments.

What did Bhupendra Singh Hooda say?
After the meeting of the Congress Legislature Party, former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that we have decided to bring a no-confidence motion against the state government in the budget session starting from February 20. He alleged that the government has failed in every field and every section is unhappy. Hooda said that Congress will also seek answers from the government on issues like increasing unemployment in the state, irregularities in Skill Employment Corporation, sending youth to war zone in Israel, giving priority to outsiders in Haryana's recruitment, recruitment scam and Agneepath Scheme. The opposition will demand answers from the government on every front. In this regard, Congress MLAs have also sent a letter to the Haryana Assembly Speaker.

Session starts from 20th February
Haryana's budget session will begin on February 20 with the Governor's address. It will be discussed after the Governor's address. After this, on February 23, Manohar Lal Khattar, as the Finance Minister, will present the budget of his government. Meanwhile, to bring a no-confidence motion, the opposition will need the support of 15 members. Everyone will have to stand in the assembly and support the proposal.
