Unclaimed and disabled beggars are being kept in self-help organization Apna Ghar Ashram, old mendicants in old age homes, temporarily rescued mendicants are being kept in shelter homes. The police department has been entrusted with its responsibility. By patrolling continuously, the police is ensuring that no one is found sitting at any place for begging.
