The builder has approved the plan of 24 floors for both these towers. On this the builder started building 857 flats according to 40 floors. Out of these 600 flats were booked. Most also started depositing the flat amount.
However, after a few days the boyars started opposing it and a petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court to demolish it. After the hearing, on 11 April 2014, the High Court had ordered the demolition of both the towers. The Supreme Court also upheld the High Court’s decision.
