A sensational incident has come to light in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh. There was panic among the villagers after seeing the dead body of the couple in the fields of Parikshitgarh police station area. After killing wife Priya, husband Suraj committed suicide. Priya’s family alleged that son-in-law Suraj had murdered their daughter. After killing his wife, Suraj called him and told him that his daughter has been killed. The police reached the spot, took the bodies of both of them in their custody and sent them for postmortem. Also, the police has started investigating the entire matter.
Actually, Priya and Suraj got married about 6 months ago. Priya was suspicious about Suraj’s illicit relations. Due to this, Suraj murdered Priya. Priya’s family told the police that Suraj’s family got married to their daughter. He hid the fact that he was mentally weak. Priya’s family also alleged that Suraj used to fight with their daughter every day. After the murder, the same person called and told that he has killed him.
Dead bodies of both found lying in the fields
It is believed that Suraj hanged himself after killing his wife. It was told that both Priya and Suraj had left home to take medicines. After some time, the bodies of both of them were found lying in the fields near the house. As soon as the villagers saw the dead body, they informed the police.
Firstly, the police remained busy solving the game of murder and suicide for a long time. After giving information by Priya’s family, it became clear that Priya’s husband murdered his wife first. Then later he committed suicide.
Video call made after wife’s murder
The relatives of the deceased told the police that a video call had come from the son-in-law’s phone. He had shown his daughter’s body in a video call, in which Priya was lying in a pool of blood. After getting the information, the police also confiscated the phone of the deceased’s mother. The police have taken possession of both the bodies and started investigation.

At the same time, the family members of deceased Suraj say that both of them were married 6 months ago. Everything was going well between the two. Were happy with each other. On the other hand, Meerut SP Dehat Kamlesh Bahadur said that the dead body of a couple was recovered from the fields of Parikshitgarh police station area. Prima facie it appears that the husband has murdered the wife. After that he committed suicide himself. SP Dehat Kamlesh Bahadur said that the bodies of both have been sent for post-mortem. Further action is being taken.
