Mathura: The revision petition seeking permission to perform Jalabhishek of Laddu Gopal at Shahi Masjid Idgah was dismissed on Wednesday. District government advocate Sanjay Gaur says that the application has been dismissed in the court of Judge Sanjay Chaudhary, saying that this application is meaningless. Because the lower court did not pass any final decision. The petition was filed by the National Treasurer of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha which has now been dismissed.

In the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Shahi Masjid Idgah dispute, Dinesh Sharma, National Treasurer of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha filed an application in the court of Civil Judge Jyoti Singh on 18 May 2022. In which permission was requested to perform Jalabhishek of Laddu Gopal in the Shahi Masjid Idgah. On May 18, the court had written an application and filed an application seeking permission to perform Jalabhishek with Laddu Gopal in the Shahi Masjid Idgah, on which the court has fixed the date of hearing on July 1, then July 15 and now on August 5.

Let us tell you that earlier in December 2020, the Mathura Civil Court had rejected the petition seeking removal of the disputed structure of Shahi Idgah. The petition sought removal of the royal Idgah and transfer of 13.37 acres of land to Lord Krishna. This demand was also rejected by the civil court. After the Gyanvapi survey, petitions regarding Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi are now being filed rapidly.
