According to police officials, the name of the building in which the fire broke out is Swapnalok. Here the fire broke out on the third floor which spread to the rest of the floors. Short circuit is said to be the cause of the fire. The first information about the fire was received at 7:30. After getting the information from the police, the fire brigade personnel reached the spot, where 13 people were trapped inside, out of which 7 people were safely pulled out by the fire brigade staff, while the other 6 people died there.
Rescue mission continues
With this, an official associated with the rescue mission told that till late night a lot of smoke was coming out of the building. At present, it will take time to subside, with this he said that the rescue personnel are still inside. Seeing that someone is trapped.
