Manish Sisodia Remand: Former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia was presented in the Rouse Avenue Court today i.e. on Friday (Manish Sisodia Remand) in the Delhi liquor scam case. Sisodia’s appearance in the court today regarding the end of the remand. Former Deputy Chief Minister Sisodia was produced in the court of Judge M S Nagpal today.
According to the information, Zoheb Hussain appeared in the court today on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate. He told the court that AAP leaders are changing their statements again and again. The ED asked Sisodia to interrogate three people face to face (Manish Sisodia Remand). These three people include an IAS officer and the Excise Commissioner of Delhi.
Sisodia’s lawyer opposes ED
Advocate Mohit Mathur is opposing the Enforcement Directorate on behalf of the former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi. Mohit told the court that the phone exchange case was a part of the CBI’s remand. He said that on this basis he cannot be remanded again.

Sisodia will be on remand till March 22 (Manish Sisodia Remand)
After this, the Rouse Avenue Court has extended the remand of Manish Sisodia for 5 more days. Sisodia will now remain in ED remand till March 22. Explain that the Enforcement Directorate had demanded 7 days more remand of Sisodia.

Let me tell you, before arresting former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, the Enforcement Directorate had interrogated him for about 8 hours. The officials were questioning him in connection with the money trail. After interrogation, the ED alleged that Manish Sisodia did not cooperate with the investigating agency in the investigation.
CBI arrested on 26 February
Earlier, on February 26, the Central Investigation Agency had arrested Sisodia in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case. After this, on February 28, Sisodia resigned from all the ministerial posts including the deputy CM. After arresting, CBI interrogated Sisodia on remand. After this, he was produced in the court and sent to jail. After this, on March 9, Manish Sisodia was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
