When an officer comes to an office, he takes many such decisions which are going to curb the employees working under him. He also takes many such decisions which are very much liked by those officers. But executives don’t have to make decisions thinking whether the people working in their team will like it, they have to make decisions that are meant to be good rather than feel good. This is realized by sensible juniors as well as sensitive seniors. Only then does the tuning get better and a good partnership develops. In such a situation, when a time comes that one has to leave together, then that time affects like a big shock.
I could not become wise while explaining… I even cried after all!

While explaining, she herself could not become intelligent… in the end she also cried.
Ruled by neither power, nor position, with words of love…everyone remembered him!
During the last two and a half years, Leena Bansod ruled the officers and employees of the Zilla Parishad not with her stature and position, but with her two loving words.
