Maharashtra Government: Due to the changed politics in Maharashtra, no one seems to be satisfied with the change. After Uddhav Thackeray’s faction, now CM Eknath Shinde has approached the Supreme Court. Shinde has filed a fresh affidavit in the court. In this, a demand has been made to dismiss the petitions filed by the Uddhav camp. It has also been said that the Election Commission of India should be allowed to choose the ‘real’ Shiv Sena. In the petition given by the Uddhav faction to the Election Commission, there was a demand to stop taking any decision till the decision on the rebel MLAs. Shinde has said in the affidavit that 15 MLAs cannot call a group of 39 rebels. At the same time, a close aide of the CM said, ‘The Election Commission deals with the issues of party recognition and symbol. If all the parties start approaching the Supreme Court, then what is the point of such authority.
