As per the analysis, 15 (75 per cent) ministers have declared criminal cases against themselves and 13 (65 per cent) ministers have declared serious criminal cases against themselves. All these ministers are crorepatis and the average value of their assets is Rs 47.45 crore.

How many educated Shinde ministers
The report said that eight (40 per cent) ministers have declared their educational qualifications between 10th and 12th standard, while 11 (55 per cent) have declared graduation or above. A minister has a diploma. The age of four ministers is between 41-50 years and the rest between 51-70 years.

No place given to woman in cabinet expansion
